The purpose of the Panther Booster Club is to enhance athletics and to build school spirit. Working with athletes, coaches, and the athletic department, we support high standards of sportsmanship and promote awareness of and encourage participation in all aspects of school athletics.
All who want to support Athletics at Wenatchee High School are invited to join the Boosters! The Booster Club is not an exclusive "club" but an inclusive group of parents, community members, athletes and alumni working together to give our student-athletes the best experience possible. We use membership funds and income from the Concession stands to pay for many extras that Wenatchee High School cannot afford without our help. A quick look around the main gym will show several projects of the Booster Club: the trophy display cases in the athletic hallway, the record boards in the gym lobby, sideline chairs for athletes during competition, the refinished gym floor and the championship banners on the gym walls. We also support:
- Student-led initiatives to increase "school spirit" for athletic contests.
- Assist athletes in need with financial support.
- Maintain annual scholarships.
- Aid in funding senior night recognition.
The Boosters are proud of the hard work and dedication of our athletes! We congratulate them for the many "personal bests," hard fought contests, and challenges they achieved on the field, the court, the course, the pool, the lanes and the mat. Go Panthers!
